- Herpes
- Erythema multiforme
- Herpangina
- Pemphigus vulgaris
- Infectious mononucleosis
- Folate deficiency
- Iron deficiency anemia
Sequelae:
- Scarring
Work up:
- Clinical exam
Tx.:
- Topical corticosteroids
- Antibacterial mouthwash
