From a pharmacology perspective, anticholinergics (Cyclobenzaprine) and ion transport calming (Carisoprodol) drugs are muscle relaxants, while NMDA receptor antagonists (Ketamine), prostaglandin inhibitors (Acetaminophen, ), and opioids (Codeine, Oxycodone, Hydrocodone, Morphine, Methadone) are analgesics useful in pain management.
