Sn. & Sx.:
- Discrete erythematous micropapules
- Inflammatory plaques on the perioral and periorbital skin
dDx.:
- Dermatitis
- Rosacea
- Acne vulgaris
Sequelae:
- Impaired social and occupational functioning
Work up:
- Clinical exam
Tx.:
- Topical metronidazole
