- Progressive, bilateral hearing loss
- Loss of voice discrimination

- Chronic otitis media
- Otosclerosis
- Labyrinthitis
- Cholesteatoma

- Hearing loss
Work up:
- Weber and Rinne test
- Otoscopic exam
