Indications:
- Unproductive fever
- Pharyngitis, tonsillitis
- Hay fever (allergic conjunctivitis, rhinitis or sinusitis)
- Upper respiratory tract infection (fruit)
- Influenza (fruit)
Contraindications:
- Productive fever
Interactions:
- None
From a pharmacology perspective, beta-lactam inhibitors (Penicillin, Cefdinir, Cephalexin), protein synthesis inhibitors (Clindamycin, Doxycycline), and nucleic acid inhibitors (Ciprofloxacin, Azithromycin, Sulfamethoxazole-Trimethoprim) are useful in treating infections.
